Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 60 days since the date of your purchase. Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to start your return.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. See the Shipping Returns section for the proper address. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • you must provide proof of purchase;
  • your item must be unused;
  • your item must be in the same condition that you received it; and
  • your item must be in the original packaging.

The following products are final sale, non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Intimate apparel
  • Swimsuits
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days.

If the refund is not approved, you will have the choice of having the product returned to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please take the following steps:

  • contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at allinfiniteworld@gmail.com and send your item at the address listed below in the Shipping Returns section. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, fill out the form below and mail your product to: PH9-169 Lees Avenue, Ottawa Ontario, K1S 5M2, Canada

You are responsible for ensuring the item gets to the above address and paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We are unable to guarantee that your returned item will be received.
